At Dawn Dimension LLC, we help dealerships improve their CRM efficiency, AI lead management, vehicle tracking systems, and various other operational inefficiencies uncovered during our consulting process. We are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary.
Our Refund Commitment
If Dawn Dimension LLC does not fulfill the agreed-upon deliverables within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. We take full responsibility for aspects of the engagement that are within our control, including:
✔ Performing a full operational audit of your dealership's current systems.
✔ Providing a detailed statement of work (SOW) outlining our findings and recommendations.
✔ Recommending suitable service providers and making the necessary introductions.
✔ Attending scheduled strategy calls and consultations as agreed upon.
What Is Not Covered by Our Refund Policy?
We cannot offer a refund due to factors beyond our control, such as:
❌ Changes in dealership staff (e.g., sales team turnover).
❌ Failure to implement recommended solutions by the dealership team.
❌ Business outcomes or financial results not meeting expectations (since execution and external factors play a role).
❌ Cancellation after 30 days.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email info@dawndimension.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide:
- Your dealership name and contact information.
- A brief explanation of why you believe we did not fulfill our deliverables.
- Any supporting documentation or call records relevant to your request.
We will review refund requests within 5 business days and issue eligible refunds promptly.
